Store Policy

At Deelux Events, every bouquet and balloon is made with couture-level care and attention to detail. Each design is handcrafted to order, ensuring every piece is as unique as the celebration it’s created for. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review our store policies before placing an order.

Orders

All standard orders require at least 24 hours’ notice.
For special requests or custom designs, please place your order a minimum of 7 days in advance to allow adequate time for design preparation and availability. Rush requests may be considered based on schedule openings.

Payments

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. We accept secure online payments through all major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in AED and include applicable local taxes. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final once production begins. Cancellations made credit unless production began. After this period, materials and design work are underway, and credit is no longer available. No refunds or credit are issued after delivery or setup under any circumstances.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your delivery or pickup date, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your new date depending on availability.

Delivery & Setup

We provide professional delivery services across Dubai and surrounding areas. Delivery times are confirmed prior to your event to ensure a smooth experience. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the arranged time. Once delivery is completed, Deelux Events cannot be held responsible for damage caused by weather, handling, or environmental conditions such as heat or humidity.

Product Care

Our couture balloons are intended primarily for indoor display. To preserve their appearance and longevity, keep them away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, or extreme heat. Helium-filled balloons typically float up to a week or more, though this may vary depending on the environment. Proper handling and placement will help extend their beauty.

Custom Designs

Every Deelux Events creation is made by hand with care, creativity, and attention to detail. As a result, small variations in color, size, or embellishment placement may occur. These subtle differences are part of what makes your order truly one of a kind — no two designs are ever exactly alike.
